In April 2015, the Swiss Technology Service JSC company (STS) signed a partnership agreement with Samsung Electronics, thus becoming an official Samsung partner for technical assistance issues regarding mobile phone services.

Samsung understands that the experiences with the repair service have an impact on the customer’s level of satisfaction, and this is reflected in the fidelity towards the brand.
